New management at the Hotel Jerome

A subsidiary of Vail Resorts is out as the management company for the historic Hotel Jerome and Auberge Resorts of Mill Valley, Calif., is in.

RockResorts, owned by Broomfield-based Vail Resorts, is expected to be replaced by Nov. 1.
