College students can ski, save at Aspen/Snowmass
College students will once again be able to save big and ski/ride for $41 per day in Aspen/Snowmass during X Games Aspen, Jan. 24-27, 2013.
In addition to the action at Buttermilk, Aspen/Snowmass will host a free Bud Light Hi-Fi concert featuring Mutemath at the base of Aspen Mountain on Saturday, Jan. 26, at 5:30 p.m.
“X Games Aspen is always a huge hit with the college crowd”, says John Rigney, Vice President of Sales and Events at Aspen Skiing Company. “This Mutemath show just adds to the excitement throughout the resort during this amazing weekend.”
Mutemath reigns from New Orleans as an American alternative rock band that formed in 2003. Nominated for a Grammy in 2007, Mutemath has played at major festivals including Bonnaroo, Lollapalooza and on the Warped Tour. The band melds hip-hop, moments of grandeur, and vocals that are reminiscent of classic rock to create a sound that is inherently their own.
