More perspective of Alaska avalanche
Here is more perspective on video footage posted here a couple of weeks ago of a backcountry skier caught in an avalanche in Alaska.
Jeff Wyshynski, who lives in Tokyo, was carving turns down an Alaskan slope when suddenly a slide struck. Fortunately for him, he had an avalanche airbag and an avalung.
